Whew! This summer passed by in a blur, didn’t it? And as much as I love fall (who doesn’t?), it seems like the moment I felt a little nip in the air…I caught a cold.
None of us have time to be sick, so this October list will be centered all around getting – and staying – well in the cooler weather!
