Recently, I’ve been feeling like I’m always on the go. Whether I’m meeting up with family and friends for our last summer get-togethers or simply running errands, it seems like I’ve been living in my car this past month.

However, being on the go shouldn’t mean sacrificing my wellness. That’s why this month’s shopping list is focused on the products you can easily travel with so you can continue to practice personal wellness…even on your busiest days!

    Rollerball perfume on green background

Arise Rollerball Perfume | This is my little secret to smelling fresh all day long. This perfume is about the size of a lipstick, and it fits perfectly in any purse, gym bag, or back pocket. I love that it uses essential oils and that it reacts to my body heat! When you apply it, you’re surrounded by fresh citrus smells. The scent then changes to a vanilla bean treat as your body heat warms!

Activated Charcoal and Tea Tree Soap | When I travel, I like to skip checking bags when I can, but that means limiting the liquids in my carry-on. One of the ways I cut down is by using bar soap, and this activated charcoal and tea tree soap is my favorite for travel. The tea tree oil fights inflammation and swelling in my skin, and the activated charcoal draws out bacteria, leaving me feeling fresh and rejuvenated even after a long flight.

Island Lyfe Lotion Stick | Another less-liquid travel hack, this lotion stick is a great way to stay moisturized without lugging a bottle of body lotion around. I love the Island Lyfe scent so much that I sometimes substitute my perfume for this lotion stick!

17 oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle | Staying hydrated can be really difficult when you’re on the go. That’s why I take this stainless-steel water bottle with me everywhere I go. It’s BPA-free and keeps my water cold for up to 24 hours, so I can have refreshing hydration even when I don’t have access to a refrigerator. It has a soft grip, fits in every cup holder, and doesn’t leave my water with a weird metallic taste (like so many of my previous water bottles have done).

Abate Essential Oil | When I’m traveling, I don’t have time to hide in the dark and sleep off a migraine. Luckily, this little mixture makes a big difference when I feel a headache or migraine coming on. It’s combination of natural botanicals (feverfew and valerian) and essential oils help release the pressure that accompanies stress headaches. I always keep it in my purse for emergencies, and it’s been a total lifesaver.

Acteon Beach Towel | Created with travelers in mind, this microfiber beach towel measures 3” x 3” x 7” when rolled up. Its antibacterial properties make it perfect for traveling, and the elastic band makes it easy to keep rolled up or to hang it for a quick dry.

Black Onyx & Moss Agate Bracelet | When I travel, I like to keep a very small rotation of jewelry that works with all sorts of outfits to simplify my packing. This bracelet is one of those pieces. It’s gorgeous and simple, and it’s become a classic piece in my wardrobe. Additionally, the black onyx and moss agate stones are symbols of confidence and emotional balance; I love those little reminders when I start on a new adventure.

Sage Oil Crystal Infusion Spray | I’m a huge fan of purifying my space by burning sage. However, when I’m traveling, that’s not always an option in hotel rooms. Luckily, this spray has the same effect, without the smoke. Infused with loving vibrations crystals like Rose Quartz and Amethyst, this spray will help to clear a new space of negativity while leaving behind a nice, comforting scent.

Ayurveda & Me Lymph Enhancer | While I use this Lymph Enhancer Serum on a regular basis, I consider this piece of my skincare routine a must-have for travel. It fights off puffy, uneven skin, making it the perfect way to combat looking tired after changing time zones.

Backstrap Yoga Mat Sling | Even if I’m running around throughout the day, I still try to fit in a yoga class somewhere. This hands-free yoga sling makes carrying my yoga mat super easy and prevents it from unraveling in the trunk.
