While pregnancy itself can be an immensely complicated process, even the pre-process can have a lot of aspects that influence its success. While being fun, the act of creating life can benefit from some extra help.  Our Fertility blend concentrates on both male and female reproductive needs so this blend can be enjoyed together, perhaps before the fun starts.

On the female side of this partner journey, we start before the fun side of reproduction with herbs to help the normalization and balance of reproductive hormones through the thyroid and adrenal glands.  Herbs optimize progesterone levels to prepare for pregnancy by promoting ovulation and helpful in preventing miscarriages.

We then move to herbs that focus on improving menstrual cyclicity as well as helping to jumpstart irregular menstrual cycles and restores blood.  To help create a hospitable place for reproduction, we include herbs that strengthen the uterus making it a stable environment for long-term pregnancy.  This may help prevent miscarriage after conception occurs, poor egg quality due to nutritional deficiency, and uterine trauma.  To then welcome the sperm, herbs that increase cervical mucus to nourish the sperm, protect the sperm, and serves as the medium through which the sperm travels to fertilize the egg.

Speaking of sperm, on the male side, we have included herbs that help to improve the blood flow in the pelvis and increase sperm count, motility and viability, while an increase in certain male hormones like testosterone.  As well as Adaptogens that have a calming effect on the nervous system and can be helpful in the treatment of depression, anxiety, fatigue, stress-induced insomnia, and nervous exhaustion; all of which are common in those suffering from infertility.
